The inspiration of BabyBliss is our children. The things that beautify our lives and bring sunshine even when the sky looks cloudy (You make me happy when skies are grey).
Therefore, all products that you will find on BabyBliss are tried and tested suggestions and not just some products that we found on the market and decided to include on our pages.
If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us or make a change in size/color/type, as long as the corresponding conditions are met:
be in their original condition, i.e. unused and with their packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, used or are missing their packaging are not accepted.

REFUNDS
Returns are made within 10 working days of the day you received.
To make a return, the proof of purchase you received with your order must be included in the package so that we can cancel it.
Shipping for the return of the parcel is done exclusively through Speedex at our own charge (which is deducted at the end from the refund). (Returns from Cyprus are made upon consultation)
The refund is made within 5-10 working days from the day we receive it, either through a deposit to your account if you have placed the order with cash on delivery or with a refund to your card if you have placed the order with a credit/debit/ paypal.
The amount refunded is the total value of the products minus the €2 return shipping that you will be charged.
CHANGES
Changes in size/color/type are made within 10 working days from the day you received.
The change process is initiated by us at a cost of 3 euros with cash on delivery. We send you the new product and to the same distributor who will deliver it to you, you give the product that doesn't work for you, for a return.
Of course the returned product must be in the condition you received it (with its packaging and unused)
If the value of the new purchase is greater than the value of the products you return to us, you pay the difference upon receipt, plus the €3 replacement costs.
If the value of the new purchase is less, we return the difference to you by bank deposit or by refund to your card if you have placed the order by credit/debit/paypal, deducting the 3€ of replacement costs.
